Description
The Cameo Push Button Knobset is suitable for internal doors, as it is a non-locking knob set it allows free access at all times. Easy to install, each set is supplied with fitting instructions and templates. They can also be used in different environments, which means they are suitable for both commercial and domestic applications.
Latch hole at the centre of door edge 22.5mm (7/8″).
Cylinder hole diameter 54mm (2 1/8″) .
Tubular latches are adjustable to a back set of either 70mm (2 3/4″) or 127mm (5″) depending on your application.
Pushbutton Set. Latch bolt withdrawn by either knob, except when outside knob is locked by pushbutton in inside knob. Outside knob remains locked until pushbutton is released, either by turning inside knob or by operating emergency release by slotted button in outside knob. Inside knob always free to turn. Plain latch supplied N.B. This set incorporates a “slam release” feature to avoid accidental lockout. (If the locking pushbutton in the inside knob is applied when the door is standing open it is automatically released when the door is closed and the latch bolt strikes the striking plate)
